If you are not completely satisfied with the RMR product purchased here in the first 30 days, Radar Rob will refund your money, no questions asked! The RMR C-410 and C-430 and D-550 are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 3 years. During this time, you may return the unit to the manufacturer for repair or replacement at no charge. All other units have a one year guarantee.

• 15% re-stocking fee on all refunds. (this is what the factory charges me because returned items are not sold again, they become demonstrator models)

• If returned for refund within 30 days, product must be in original box

• Shipping charges are not refundable.

• Product must be returned in original/new condition or additional
  re-stocking fees may apply.

Tampering with any unit voids the warranty.  A $35.00 tampering charge will be assessed for repair of the unit that has been tampered with.
